Return & Exchange Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact us and return items back within 30 days of delivery.
Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Beyond this timeframe, cancellations are not guaranteed and may be subject to a restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to their nature, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom or personalized orders, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier to the correct address but are subsequently stolen or lost. Please engage directly with the shipping carrier to resolve such issues.
Damaged Items: In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. To expedite the process, include photographic evidence of the damage and your order number in your communication. If the item has not been reported as damaged within 48 hours of delivery, a return or exchange cannot be guaranteed for a damaged item. Please note, this policy does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
Conditions of Return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition; otherwise, the buyer may be liable for any diminished value. Refunds are issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Costs related to mailing services and expedited shipping are non-refundable as these services are already rendered by the shipping carrier.
